At NO FACE, we aim to keep delivery simple, transparent, and efficient. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Delivery Information
- Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public and mercantile holidays
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
Same-Day Delivery
- Available
only within Colombo 1–15 and selected suburbs
(Mount Lavinia – Dematagoda – Battaramulla – Homagama) - Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next working day
- Same-day deliveries are carried out via PickMe Flash or similar services
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the delivery
We are not responsible for any damage or issues during transit when using third-party same-day delivery services.
Pre-Shipping Verification
Before dispatch, we will:
- Send images or videos of your item
- Confirm there are no visible defects
- Get your approval before shipping
Once confirmed, the order will be dispatched.
Order Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery details and contact number are correct
- NO FACE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information
Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped (if applicable)
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier
- Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control
Return and Exchanges
At NO FACE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for all full-priced t-shirts.
- Items purchased at 15% discount or more are not eligible
- Returns for manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days
2. Conditions
To be eligible, t-shirts must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Be free from stains, markings, or strong odors (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.)
Items with normal wear, pilling, or damage from misuse or accidents are not eligible.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection before approval.
3. Defective Items
If your t-shirt has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange.

5. Returns
- Returns or exchanges must be sent back via courier or drop-off
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the t-shirt is defective
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges: Eligible t-shirts can be exchanged for items in stock following the 7-day eligibility and condition criteria
- Store Credit: If issued, store credits, coupon codes, or gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- Finality: We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility window
7. Final Notes
- Items that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected
- Slight color differences due to lighting/screens are not considered defects.
